Issue Description
A tragedy greater than anything the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense has ever seen drives one agent to resign, and leaves the others shaken, haunted, and angry. Liz Sherman is increasingly plagued with terrible visions, while Abe Sapien leaps back into field service, but too late to stop the massive frog exodus. The frogs know the reign of man is drawing to a close. The Black Flame is calling a godlike monster to come and claim the earth, and he knows that nothing can stop him.
