Volume Description
Comic Book Guy: The Comic Book is a five-part comic book mini-series starring the character Comic Book Guy. The five issues were released between July and November 2010. In classic Simpsons fashion the books feature many puns and references to film and comic book legends. For example, the subtitle of book #2 The Death of Comic Book Guy is Funeral for an Acquaintance, a take off on the mourning period following 'The Death of Superman' in the 1992 story arc entitled 'Funeral for a Friend'. (An earlier reference is the Simpsons TV-series episode Funeral for a Fiend featuring Sideshow Bob.)Please first Sign In before leaving a review.
