Katie Spencer was an average teenage girl. High school, homework, friends, loving parents, and a devoted boyfriend. Then she discovered she had superpowers in a world where such things do not exist. She tried her best to become a real superhero, despite the challenges involved. Rather than stopping crime, she was being brought home by the police every other night for breaking curfew. She couldn’t even figure out how the superheroes in movies and comics so routinely found bad guys to fight. Then, one night, she finally did it. She stopped a real criminal. She felt on top of the world, until she ran back to her boyfriend’s house to celebrate… Following last issue’s shocking ending, see how Katie’s life is upended by the world she’s stumbled into.
