Death reaches rotting fingers from the grave when THE HAUNTED HORSEMAN discovers that “The Devil Deals in Death!”, a chiller by Dick Ayers. There’s twice the trouble for REDMASK when THE BLACK PHANTOM’s sister shows up as “The Twin Phantom!” Great Western girl art by Frank Bolle.
