The Joker returns in “DEATH OF THE FAMILY”!
He crippled Batgirl. He killed Robin. What will The Joker do now that he’s returned to Gotham City?
What must Batman do to protect his secret identity and that of those who fight alongside him?
Joker gets manages to get his face back and plots to kill Mayor Hady at midnight. However, instead if killing him, he kills his men. Batman asks Alfred how they died and besides naming the necessary toxins for the poison, Pennyworth also tells Bruce that three non-essential components were added. They are Aspirin, Chlorine and Ethane. Got it? If you did not, read the first letter of each word. Yep... it is all going to back to where it started: Ace Chemicals.
When Batman gets there, he finds Harley Quinn in a red hood suit. He gets hit by a giant hammer and is locked up in a vault that is filling with water. Meanwhile, Joker is at the wayne manor, about to beat Alfred to death.
