Issue Description

Ra’s Al Ghul was presumed dead, but he’s back in an epic story that starts in this issue of Batman Legends! Batman and Robin have to do everything in their power to stop the 500-year-old supervillain, and Batman’s son Damian has to fight for his life!

Batman has captured the man who killed Dick Grayson’s parents and, under pressure, he has named the person who ordered their slaughter! Bruce Wayne’s psychopathic nemesis The Joker makes his first All-Star appearance in this issue of Batman Legends, and Green Lantern also shows up in Gotham.

Batman’s former partner enters the action with a bang in ‘The Lesser of Two Evils’, the second part of this global epic. Dick Grayson returns to Wayne Manor as crime-fighter Nightwing, but with the place swarming with ninja assassins, the reunion doesn’t go the way he expected!

Volume Description

Batman Legends was an anthology comic book printed exclusively for the UK by Titan Comics under license from DC Comics. It was the second volume of Batman Legends (the first volume was published by Panini found here). It was sold in the U.K. and Ireland. After 57 issues it was cancelled and replaced by Batman Comic.

Included reprinted titles such as Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight, Batman, All Star: Batman and Robin, the Boy Wonder, Robin, Nightwing, Detective Comics, Joker's Asylum, Superman/Batman, Batman Confidential and Final Crisis. Later issues reprinted mostly recent Batman titles.
