Volume Description
After viewing a murder via Streaming Video which took place over the Internet, Batman tracks down the serial killer to Hong Kong.
There inspired by seeing Batman, Benny Lo, dons a costume and becomes the Night-Dragon for his own personal stake in the tale's outcome.
When the true villain is revealed and plans to release a biological weapon that will devastate all of Hong Kong, Batman teams up with Night-Dragon to stop the villain.
