Hellboy and Starman venture to a secret Nazi base in the Amazon jungle to rescue Starman's father, Golden Age Starman Ted Knight. Kidnapped by the Nazi cultists, the elder Knight had been forced to use his scientific knowledge of cosmic energy to call down a powerful elder god. Now Starman's science and Hellboy's sorcery must combine to save the world from a threat older than time and more horrible than anything the world has ever known!

Starman and Hellboy travel to South America on a mission to rescue Ted Knight from the hands of a Neo-Nazi group. The Nazi's have plans to use Ted Knights expertise to help them revive a long-dormant Elder God.

When Starman and Hellboy arrive at the Nazi base, the rite to revive the Elder God is already under way. They need race to against time to infiltrate the base, find Ted Knight, disrupt the rite and destroy the Elder God before it reaches strength.
