Gotham's inmates are running the asylum in this "Cataclysm" one-shot! When the quake strikes Gotham, Arkham Asylum closes up tight as a drum. Freed from their cells, the inmates have taken a rookie guard hostage as part of an elaborate contest: whoever tells the scariest tale "wins" the guard, to do with him as he will.

Volume Description
An Earth quake at Arkham Asylum allows Killer Croc to escape his cell and free The Joker, Scarecrow, Riddler, Samantha, and Vox. The terrible group are still locked inside the Asylum via the security doors, but find two guards one to torture, and one they kill.
Their method is to hold a scary story competition with the guard as judge.
The Joker acts as master of ceremonies.
When the guard can't pick a winner each of the inmates selects an area of his body as their property.
Craving their names in him they return to their cells as power is restored and the man is found.
The last panel shows him chained in an asylum room as his fiance sees him convulsing from the trauma.
