Avengers: The Initiative Volume 1
The Initiative, a plan to train and police super heroes across America. Each state will have their own team. The series was launched after the Civil War crossover and started initially as a 6 issue mini-series but was upgraded to an ongoing series due to large pre-ordering numbers of the series. The series is about the students that have enrolled to the 50 States Initiative after the Superhuman Registration Act had been passed by the US Congress. The series lasted until issue 35, but was somewhat continued in Avengers Academy, with many of the teachers of this series returning.
