The Avengers are defeated. Warp begins to have second doubts about her employee's grand scheme. Earth Sentry, Nova and Main Frame fly to the rescue only to be defeated by Ulik and Sylene's energy duplicates. The duplicates continue to drain the world's superhumans and Sylene uses the energy gained to begin to transform Earth into a new Asgard.
