Issue Description

Rowan and Shing, exhausted after their vicious battle with each other in issue #2, are now confronted with the assembled might of the Children of the Damned! Meanwhile, the U.S. government dispatches a special agent to defuse the potential political fallout from the theft of the Arkanium scrolls. This agent, Commander Marissa Wheeler, has a deep and sinister connection to one of our heroes that may destroy his life. As the battle reaches a fever pitch, and Rowan and Shing stand on the verge of defeat, a sacrifice is made, a sacred place is lost, and the destructive power of the scrolls is made painfully obvious.
