This fourth issue of Ryan's hilarious, over-the-top series finds Loady and Sinus in destructo-parody mode, taking the sci-fi genre and tearing it into pieces as only Johnny Ryan can do it! The year is 3,000,006 and the Intergalactic Federation of United Planets is meeting on the swampy asteroid Swivlon 4 to discuss the crippling healthcare crisis. But the meeting is threatened when the evil Overborgs, a race of half human/half werewolf robots, kidnap the Omnicontroller of the Federation. Hot-Headed Cyborg Ass-Kicker, a reckless space bad-boy, is their last hope for rescuing the Omnicontroller and saving the entire interstellar healthcare system...
