Issue Description
Ace artist JACK KIRBY, champ of the Golden Age is in the spotlight this issue with the touching story of a boxer who finds love in “The Leather Pusher”. Then, it’s a gritty Alex Toth crime drama, straight out of Lev Gleason’s Crime And Punishment- “The Armored Car Murders”. Al williamson is in a sci-fi showcase with “The Strangers From Space”, Bob Powell adds whimsical weirdness with “Disc Jockey”, Steve Ditko shows “Imagination”, and Kurt Schaffenberger sends “A Falling Star”. All that plus former EC great Bernard Krigstein illustrates “The Vagrant”, and Bill Benilus rings in with “Highjack On Alpha-7″, from a late -run issue of Planet Comics. 52 pages, black and white with color cover, standard comic book size, printed in 2004.
