Issue Description

Rangers Flagg and Kisco track their quarry to a dead end in downtown Chicago and head back to the Plexmall. Amanda and C.K. discover that they're being blackmailed by Cyril Farid-Khan. Crystal gives Reuben a heads up that he'll be going on special assignment to England. Kisco stages a one woman raid on Stagolee DeLyons headquarters with disasterous results, and unfortunately for Cyril, Stagolee finds out who's been muscling in on his protection rackets.
