Issue Description

Reuben and Mandy begin re-broadcasting the subliminal filled Bob Violence from QUSA. Reuben ambushes The Genetic Warlords and detoxes them, recruiting them and the Skullcrushers into his Video Rangers paramilitary group. Raul and Reuben rescue Bill Windsor-Jones and Luther Ironheart from John Scheiskopf's clutches, and Crystal swoops in to save the day. With all this going on, Peggy Krieger has a lethal confrontation with Ester de la Cristo that results in her regaining her memory, Medea Blitz resigns as Scheiskopf's deputy, and Desiree Deutchmarx takes over as mayor of Chicago.
