Issue Description
Dormant Russian weather satellite Sprite is reactivated by a wayward meteor strike, plunging the entire upstate area of Illinois into one of the worst Blizzards on record. This gets complicated when the 4 Worlds Airways luxury liner Norman Bel Getteys crashes in the wilderness with Medea Blitz on board. Reuben lands smack in the middle of a Plex plot to sell off most of Midwestern United States when a murder investigation goes sideways.
