Overview
Despite escaping death multiple times, at the hands of Xenomorph or otherwise, our three brave Marines wind up finding their ship trashed, leaving them with no way to escape the nuclear reactor's detonation. If they can make it to the underground blast shelter however, they might still have a chance at surviving. Will they make it there before the reactor detonates or the Xenomorphs kill them? Only time will tell, and time is running out.

Originally included in Dark Horse Insider vol.1 (Sept. `90-Dec. `91), "Countdown" was later reprinted in two mini-comics included with issues #9 and 10 of Aliens Magazine vol.2 (1992) of the UK. The second issue was printed not as a separate mini-comic, but instead as part of Aliens Magazine #10.
