Issue Description

Pete and his brother Tom discover that Castle Cay is actually a hideout for a smugglers ring. When their father Dr. Brothers receives a radio call for help from Castle Cay, they fly him there. They discover Lori, a prisoner on the island. She tells them that the smugglers are running drugs and as soon as the patient is well, they will be disposed of. She offers to help them escape by means of a pirate tunnel. As they leave, the smugglers discover their escape. On of them, Charlie, clings to a strut as they take off, but they fly into a wave and wash him off.

Pete sneaks back onto the Cay and sinks all the boats, escaping at the last second by catching a line from their plane, the Amphibian. As they leave, a hurricane blows up. The hurricane passes, but a search mission reveals only some debris. They spot Charlie in the water, but before they can reach him, he is killed by sharks.
