Issue Description

Story 1: Starfinger

While Lightning Lad gets his arm repaired by Dr. Lars Hanscom, the Legion of Super-Heroes are asked to help transport a rare mineral, called Rejuvium, that can rejuvenate anyone and make them young again. The Legionnaires are attacked by a new super-villain, Starfinger, who tries to steal the Rejuvium but fails, and flees. Starfinger attacks the Legionnaires again and flees, but not before Saturn Girl is able to determine that Starfinger is actually a Legionnaire.  

Story 2: Superboy's Underground Exile 
After a missile test, Superboy has to remain underground.
