Eric Hoffman led a life of privilege. As the only son of a multi-billionaire weapons contractor, the sixteen year-old had the best of everything -- education, travel, computers, toys. But it's true what they say: "money can't buy happiness." And what Eric really wanted more than anything in the world was a better relationship with his father, Raifer Hoffman.

But after the death of his mother four years ago, his father grew distant and let his work consume him.
